These Terms govern your access to and use of MyAgents ("the Service"), operated by MyAgents ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use MyAgents to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from Subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. AI output

AI suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

5. Data ownership

You own your content. You grant MyAgents a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account from Account & Privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAgents is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
